The College of Computer Science and Technology was founded in November 2010. Its history can be traced back to 1959, a major ``calculating device`` which was one of the earliest established computer majors and the one of the earliest master computer application subjects, one of the first-level computer science and technology doctoral subjects, one of the earliest first-level software engineering doctoral subjects.
The college has three graduate subjects including computer science and technology, software engineering and network space security, 4 undergraduate majors including computer science and technology, information security, software engineering, and internet of things engineering, which formed an integrated training and research system for undergraduate, master, doctor and post-doctor.
There are nearly 100 staff members of the college, including more than 20 professors and doctoral tutors, and more than 40 associate professors. The achievements of the training of innovative talents in college are outstanding. In recent years, a total of more than 100 people have won various provincial and ministerial competition awards. The college attaches importance to the exchange. In recent years, academics and experts at home and abroad have been invited to give more than 100 academic reports for teachers and students.
The college graduates have excellent professional knowledge and comprehensive quality, and its employment rate and employment level are high. More than 30% graduate students go abroad each year, and the employment rate of undergraduates has been maintained at over 99%. The rate of postgraduate employment has been stable at 100%, and the salary of graduates is one of the highest in NUAA.
